We will be distributing Physical packets tomorrow (4/9/2024) to all NMS Athletics, 8th grade band members and PE students as well as High School Athletics and band members. The deadline to turn in this packet either to you or to Doc is by this Friday (4/12/24).
Please make sure every page has a student and Parent signature before accepting it. Once you have collected Physical packets please turn them in to Doc in the Training Room or you may leave them in her box in the Teacher's Lounge.
Additional physical packets will be left in the front office at Newman and here at the High School for any student that did not receive a packet.
Vitals will be collected during the week of 4/15 - 4/19. More details to follow.
Physical day assignments will be distributed 1 week prior to May 9th.
Physical date: May 9th, 2024
Time: 4:00pm - every student receiving a Physical must be in the doors by 4pm!
Location: CHS gym
Please remember that every student-athlete/band member must be completely cleared in Rank One (Physical, Medical History and Online paperwork) prior to participating in any try-out, practice, athletic class, open gym, open weight room, athletic competition or travels with a Cotulla ISD athletic team.
